Reservations: In order to confirm seating availability, it is recommended that reservations be made ahead of your travel date.  If your seating must be guaranteed, payment must be made at the time of booking.  Reservation hours are from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM local Alaska time, Monday thru Friday (closed Thanksgiving, the Friday after Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years).

Pets: We can not accommodate pets at this time. Service dogs are permitted per ADA regulations.  "Comfort" animals are not considered service dogs by the ADA.  For more information see:

Baggage: Two standard size pieces of luggage (not to exceed 50 pounds each) are allowed free of charge. Additional bags,  overweight bags or unaccompanied luggage is $25.  WE CAN NOT ACCEPT BIKES AT THIS TIME.

Payments: All major credit cards are accepted. All fares need to be paid prior to departure.

Cancellations: Prepaid travel that is cancelled prior to the travel date will be refunded the fare less a $10 processing fee.  No-shows can not be refunded.

Alcohol/Drugs: Are prohibited. Intoxicated or disruptive passengers will not be allowed to ride.

Weapons: Permitted, in locked cases only.

ADA riders require 2 days advanced notice as we utilize several different vehicle types. 

Interior Alaska Bus Line operates its programs and services without regard to race, color and national origin in accordance with Title VI .

Interior Alaska Bus Line has the right to refuse, alter, or cancel any reservations or routes at anytime.
